Dust or Magic attendees are required to stay at Asilomar. These costs are not included in your registration fee.
This website will remain open until June 2, or until Sold Out (whichever comes first) for you to book or modify your hotel reservations.
LODGING AND MEALS AT ASILOMAR
The nightly rates below are based on the occupancy type and includes 3 meals per day and ALL applicable fees & taxes. An additional $20 per person processing fee will be included in your total. Meals inclusive begins with dinner on arrival day and ends with lunch on departure day.
Single Occupancy: $309.91 per night
Double Occupancy: $206.77 per night per person
Check-In Time: 4PM
Check-Out Time: 11AM

CANCELLATION POLICY
Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received on or after May 2, 2023.

ROOMMATE REQUESTS
Rates shown are per person. All participants must reserve separately. Because of COVID-19, Asilomar cannot take on the responsibility of matching you with roommates. You must request each other as roommates in order to be assigned to the same room. Requested roommate reservation(s) must be received within 5 business days of each other.
